I recently made a decision to join WW on-line to help with my many health problems . . . I won't weigh in until Sunday but I actually feel better physically than I have for several weeks. I've been tracking my meals all week and wrote my first blog post this morning. Now I'm working on finding some recipes, friends and encouragement to help me keep going. I tend to start things and sometimes leave them undone if my life turns busy . . . I really need this!
I will be including some older WW recipes and tips here that are not available on the current Weight Watchers Web Site. I will also be adding some recipes that will just go under the category of "light cooking."
