Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef, turkey, or a combo
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley or 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 lb bacon cooked & crumbled
- 1/4 cup crushed french fried onions
- 8 oz cheese cubed (cheddar, Monterey jack, provolone, etc)
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine egg, ground beef, parsley, garlic powder, flour, milk, bacon crumbles and crushed french fried onions.
- Mix well.
- Shape meat mixture into a ball shape.
- Stuff a cube of cheese into each meatball and cover with remaining meat mixture.
- Place meatballs onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
