2 c Flour
1 tb Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Sugar
1 Egg, beaten
1/3 c Butter, melted
1/2 c Heavy cream, or half & half
1/4 c Whiskey
1/4 c Coffee brandy

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Mix the first 4 ingredients together.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients, until just moistened.
4. Fill paper-lined muffin tins 3/4 full, and bake approximately 20 -30 minutes

Makes 12 muffins.
